Susanne and Scott called home to check in on the bug sometime mid-morning. Moppy and Aunt Leah had mentioned that they had an uneventful night until right before they had called. They said that Paxton's NG tube had just come out when he had sneezed. This was definitely becoming a trend. It seemed like it was getting harder and harder to keep that thing in no matter what they did to prevent it. After getting off the phone, Susanne and Scott had to hurry up and get on the road so that they would make it home in time to replace Paxton's NG tube before his next feeding. Susanne couldn't wait. Sarcasm. Sarcasm.
Everyone was sad that Aunt Leah had to head home today. They all wished she could have stayed just a little bit longer. Hopefully next time she visited, Paxton would get to meet his cousins Parker and Cole.
Susanne and Scott planned on spending the rest of the day working on all of the new techniques that Aunt Leah had taught them about feeding Paxton. Later, they planned to go pick up the Mav from Susanne's veterinary hospital and maybe some dinner from somewhere. Who knows...maybe they would be able to squeeze in a movie before bedtime.
